Arab Deborah’s Arising Conference 2024: A Prophetic Gathering Amid War

Held During Crisis—Yet Overflowing with Peace and Purpose

During war and tension in Northern Israel, the 2024 Arab Deborah’s Arising Conference became a beacon of unity, healing, and spiritual breakthrough. With 178 participants, the highest ever, Arab and Messianic Jewish women gathered together for two transformative days, rising in worship, intercession, and prophetic vision. Despite GPS malfunctions caused by the security situation, a team prayer before the event miraculously restored full navigation. Every attendee arrived safely—a testimony of God’s hand from the very start.

Worship That Opened the Heavens

The conference opened with powerful Arabic worship led by the HOPE Worship Team, setting a tone of reverence and expectancy. Rania Sayegh introduced the theme, “Come Up Here” (Revelation 4:1)—a divine invitation to ascend into deeper intimacy with God. A prophetic vision of women climbing a ladder, lifting one another higher, was beautifully mirrored onstage with symbolic ladder decorations.

Healing Through Forgiveness and Communion

During the first session, Pastor Andrew offered a heartfelt apology on behalf of spiritual leadership for past wounds inflicted on women. This act of humility opened the way for communion, deep healing, and release. Women laid down offense and embraced forgiveness, ushering in freedom and joy.

Teachings That Stirred Hunger for God’s Presence

Pastor Linda Bergling (Sweden)

Linda reminded the women of the importance of staying filled with the Holy Spirit—the fresh oil that fuels our intimacy with Jesus. Through personal testimonies, she emphasized that the anointing of love and unity can quench even the deepest hatred and bring healing between divided hearts and nations.

Margaret Abu-Ghazaleh

Margaret taught from the life of Moses, drawing parallels between his calling and the call for women to rise above fear and accept God’s identity. She challenged the women to prioritize intimacy over ministry, to seek deeper levels in God, and to intercede like Moses from a place of personal encounter.

Lilo Keller (Switzerland)

Lilo shared profound encounters with Jesus that revealed His gentle love and fierce power. From a vision of Jesus as a lion to the mystery of spiritual hearing, she inspired the women to trust God’s intimate presence and overcome fear with faith. “If Jesus is in you,” she said, “you are never alone in the fire.”

Worship as a Weapon of Unity

The HOPE Worship Team introduced their new song “Alen Howa” (“He Is High and Lifted Up”), launched with a prophetic dance by Christine Souti. Worship leaders from Ramallah and Karen Davis (Carmel) led in Arabic, Hebrew, and English. A powerful moment erupted when Arabs and Jews danced together to “Hineh Ma Tov” (Psalm 133), physically embodying the oneness of Messiah.

A Prophetic Outpouring of Love and Unity

Saturday morning brought another wave of healing as Messianic Jewish women shared from their hearts in the midst of war. Forgiveness flowed, bread was broken, and worship broke out again in Hebrew and Arabic. The Holy Spirit moved powerfully, melting pain and releasing deep reconciliation.

Fire Tunnel of Blessing

In the final session, the entire group of Arab women walked through a “fire tunnel”—a line of ministry leaders praying and prophesying over each one. The joy and presence of God were tangible as hearts were ignited with fresh purpose. All glory to God for what He has begun in this generation of Deborah’s.
