A few weeks ago, the Lord spoke to me about this Purim’s significance and its alignment with biblical history. This year, Purim falls on March 13 (Adar 13), a date directly tied to Esther 3:13:

“And the letters were sent by couriers into all the king’s provinces, to destroy, to kill, and to annihilate all the Jews, both young and old, little children and women, in one day, on the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month of Adar, and to plunder their possessions.”

On this day, a decree of death spread across Persia, ordering the destruction of the Jewish people. However, just five chapters later, after Esther and Mordecai’s intercession, God overturned the decree:

“On one day in all the provinces of King Ahasuerus, on the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month of Adar. A copy of the document was to be issued as a decree in every province and published for all people, so that the Jews would be ready on that day to avenge themselves on their enemies.” —Esther 8:12-13

This demonstrates the power of divine reversal—death transformed into victory on the very same date!

A Prophetic Connection to Current Events

During the 2024 Israel-Hamas war, following October 7, Hezbollah launched missiles at Israel, and its leader, Hassan Nasrallah, repeatedly referenced the number 313 in his speeches.

As I dug deeper into Shiite eschatology, I discovered that their Mahdi (Islamic messiah) is prophesied to return with 313 commanders to convert the world—including Jesus—to Islam.

Seeking the Lord for a biblical strategy, I received a powerful scripture for spiritual warfare:

“Your bow was made quite ready; Oaths were sworn over Your arrows. Selah… You marched through the land in indignation; You trampled the nations in anger. You went forth for the salvation of Your people, For salvation with Your Anointed. You struck the head from the house of the wicked, By laying bare from foundation to neck. Selah” —Habakkuk 3:9-13

This alignment is striking! Habakkuk 3:13—just like Esther 3:13 and Adar 13—reveals God striking down the wicked. This verse has become a key weapon in spiritual warfare against Hezbollah and Iran’s strongholds in Lebanon.

A Vision for the Middle East

On June 8, 2022, I saw a vision of an octopus stretching its tentacles over Russia, Ukraine, and the Middle East. Immediately, I knew the Lion of Judah would cut off its head, bringing a major setback to the enemy. Read the full vision here.

Is Purim 2025 Another Divine Shift?

Could this be the moment when God overturns the enemy’s plans once again? Are death decrees being written in secret, only for God to rewrite history?

What does this mean for Iran at such a critical time?

Just as Esther was chosen “for such a time as this,” God has positioned us to intercede and shift decrees over Israel, Iran, and the Middle East!
