Declaring the Kingship of Jesus Over Tiberias

On April 6, a team of about 15 from HOPE journeyed to the Switzerland Forest near the Sea of Galilee. This beautiful nature reserve is usually filled with families enjoying picnics—but on this day, we came with a different purpose: to proclaim the name of the Lord over the land and the entire Tiberias region.

Since the start of the war, the Lord has miraculously protected this area from countless missiles launched by Hezbollah. We came to worship, intercede, and stake a spiritual claim in this land that He has preserved.

Worship on the High Places

This marked the second time our worship team held open-air worship on one of Israel’s high places. Earlier this year, the Lord spoke clearly: “Go to the high places and possess them.” In obedience, we climbed to the heights of the Switzerland Forest and lifted our voices in worship, declaring the rulership and kingship of Jesus over the region.

Together, we tore down spiritual strongholds and false altars through worship. In their place, we raised up an altar of adoration, love, and praise to our Lord.

Next Gathering: Mount Carmel – May 24, 2025

Our next open-air worship gathering is set for May 24 on Mount Carmel. The HOPE team is partnering with local believers from the Carmel region—Jewish, Arab, and international. We are also honored to welcome Sr. Suzette Hattingh and her team, who will join us in exalting the name of Jesus.

Mount Carmel is a prophetic and strategic location. It is where Elijah built an altar to the Lord, and God answered with fire. We believe this time of worship will carry that same spirit—calling down the fire of God’s glory as we declare His name and sovereignty over the land.
