On October 19th, during my visit to Bahrain, I found myself standing by the shores of the Gulf Sea, praying with a group from Watchmen for the Nations. As we stood together interceding and decreeing blessings over the land, the Spirit took me into a vision.
The Vision: An Eagle from Heaven
In the vision, I saw a massive eagle descending from heaven. It came down with power and grace, approaching the island of Bahrain. But instead of landing, the eagle stretched out its enormous feet and lifted the entire island. As it rose into the air, I saw a door open above the land—a heavenly door—and within it, a scroll began to unroll.
As I looked closer, the Lord revealed the content of the scroll: Isaiah 54. I heard Him say,
“Speak and decree this chapter over Bahrain, for I am going to fulfill the promises written—promises that belong to her, for her to take hold of.”
A Prophetic Declaration Over the Land
The vision ended, but the weight of its meaning remained. During our gathering, I was invited to share what I saw. Together with Orna Grinman, we stood as Ruth and Naomi; Jew and Arab, side by side—declaring Isaiah 54 over Bahrain.
We proclaimed that the Lord would birth His promises in this land. That Bahrain would not remain barren, but become fruitful, and that her descendants will inherit and possess the land. It was a moment of prophetic unity, hope, and divine commissioning.
“They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing;
For the majesty of the Lord
They shall cry aloud from the sea.
Therefore glorify the Lord in the dawning light,
The name of the Lord God of Israel in the coastlands of the sea.”
—Isaiah 24:14–15
For His Glory,
Rania
