Rania spoke at the Dubai Encounter Conference, hosted by Succat Hallel from 11–13 March 2025. This annual prophetic event gathers people from across the Middle East to pray and intercede, contending for God’s promises over the region. Around 130 participants came from the United States, Asia, and several Middle Eastern countries, including Israel, where both Jewish and Arab believers joined. One of HOPE’s intercessors accompanied Rania.
The Timely Alignment of the Conference with Purim
The timing of the conference in March 2025 carried special significance, as it fell during the days of Purim. Rania sensed that God orchestrated this alignment. Although the event usually takes place in February, the shift to March created a spiritually significant moment. Rania identified the timing as divinely planned and chose to attend in response. She believed the conference would help release God’s purposes over the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and the entire Middle East.
The UAE as a Gateway for Global Movements

Alignment with Esther: A Prophetic Moment
The conference took place on 13 March 2025, directly aligning with Purim. Rania discerned a prophetic connection to the Book of Esther, recognizing this moment as a key spiritual breakthrough.
The Octopus Vision: Rania’s Prophetic Word for the Middle East
On the first night, Rania shared the Octopus Vision—a prophetic word the Lord gave her on 8 June 2022. This vision reveals the intense spiritual battle unfolding in the Middle East, particularly the threat from Iran and the seven war fronts that surfaced during the 7th October War. The vision foretells that the head of the spiritual “octopus” will fall by the sword of the Lord.
Powerful Intercession for the Middle East
Throughout the conference, Rania and Leya, an intercessor from HOPE, joined other leaders in intercession and prayer. Together, they declared powerful prayers over the Middle East and the nations, united in their mission to see God’s purposes fulfilled. The gathering created space for strategic fellowship as ministry leaders from across the region stood together in unity for the nations.

The Dubai Encounter Conference marked a pivotal moment of spiritual alignment and unity. Prayer and prophetic declarations over the Middle East helped set the stage for a new season of God’s movement in the region.
